I am always talking about taking things to the "next level." Presentation is one way to quickly and easily get there. Have you ever been to a fancy restaurant for your birthday and seen the words "Happy Birthday" written across the plate? Didn't you feel as special as you did in the first grade? I certainly did. I still do. I feel like Angelina Jolie when I get that kind of personalized thought put into my meals.
Today's Meals on Heels is so painfully easy you are going to love it.
Ingredients:
Scissors
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Small ziplock bag
Making the Masterpiece:
Place chocolate chips in bag. Microwave in increments of 10 seconds, massaging the chips together after each increment. When chocolate is completely melted, snip a tiny tip off the bottom corner of the ziplock bag. Squeeze away.
The beauty of writing in chocolate is that nothing is permanent! If you mess up, wipe your tears and chocolate smears away. Then pick yourself back up and try again.
